I enjoyed this peaceful place, stayed there for 2 nights. I was upgraded to a well-appointed room with a double bed. Super-friendly and pleasant staff that liked their guests. The location was quiet, at a short distance from Butte de Chalmont. The stay was fine.
Unfortunately my room was average.

The room was very nice for the price. We loved the comfortable bed and the cleanliness of the room. We enjoyed the fact that the reception is open 24/7, which allowed us to check-in late and even get food and drinks. Being able to take food to our room was also convenient. The hotel amenities were good, and the breakfast buffet had a decent variety of options. Despite a few drawbacks, we found our stay at the Ibis in Soissons to be enjoyable overall.

The hotel is placed in an accessible location with a reception area offering snacks and drinks. the room is modern, well-designed and equipped with a comfortable bed. the hotel provides a very nice breakfast with diverse options. Reception/ staff are friendly and interactive. the room is free from noise and as per excellent cleanliness and hygiene standards.
One member of staff could have been friendlier and less gruff in the late evening.
